Description

The CNC planer type boring and milling machine has multi diameters: 130mm, 160mm, 200mm and 260mm. This medium-sized CNC machine tool is widely used in the processing of large and medium-sized parts. All of them can realize automatic, high-efficiency and highprecision continuous automatic processing of milling, drilling, boring, reaming and other processes after the workpiece is clamped once, and can also be processed manually. Suitable for aviation, heavy machinery, locomotives, shipbuilding, power generation, machine tools, printing, textile, mold and other manufacturing industries.
The planer-type milling and boring machine adopts an "inverted T-shaped" bed and a movable column structure.
The spindle box adopts a 1:1 balance weight balance mechanism and an automatic chip removal device, and is equipped with a tool-workpiece cooling system.
The CNC worktable can choose the Hirth-type 5-degree, 1-degree or arbitrary-degree CNC turntable. The main features are that the machine tool has good rigidity, fast dynamic response speed, high precision and good stability.
