Description

The HMC800 is a high-precision horizontal machining center built on resin sand casting bed, ensuring excellent rigidity and vibration damping. Its X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with imported linear guideways for smooth and accurate movement, and all guideways are protected by stainless steel telescopic covers against chips and coolant. The standard spindle is belt-driven, offering reliable torque delivery. The machine features Taiwan-made pneumatic cylinders and optional Taiwan ATC systems (disc or chain type) for rapid tool changes. Imported bearings and couplings are used for the leadscrews to enhance transmission accuracy. The headstock balancing system can be configured with either nitrogen or hydraulic balancing to suit different machining demands. A NC rotary worktable (B-axis) enables complex multi-face machining in one setup. Standard accessories include work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, manual pulse generator, centralized automatic lubrication, cooling system, electrical cabinet heat exchanger, leveling blocks, toolbox, and tools. The CNC controller can be selected from Chinese brands (KND, GSK, HNC) or international ones (SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, etc.). Optional features include ZF/BF reducers, circular coolant nozzles, through-spindle coolant, spindle oil cooler, air conditioner for cabinet, automatic tool/workpiece measurement systems, and spiral or chain chip conveyors.
