The machine is controlled by Siemens CNC system and has excellent performance and stability. Both the X-axis and Z-axis are driven by AC servo motors, ensuring high-precision motion control. The main transmission is driven by a set of horizontal spindle servo motors, and the speed range required for turning is achieved through the variable speed transmission of the horizontal axis mechanism.
The connection between the machine's main motor and the main transmission box is tight and stable,ensuring the smooth progress of the machining process. In addition, an encoder is equipped in the middle of the spindle to achieve constant linear speed cutting, further improving processing efficiency and quality.The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed protection design to ensure safe operation and efficient production.
Each guide rail surface of the machine is ground after quenching, and the quenching hardness reaches above HRC50 to ensure high strength and stability. The sliding surface of the feed guide rail adopts imported guide rail soft belt, which not only improves the vibration resistance of the machine, but also enhances its wear resistance and extends the service life of the machine.

Applications

Heavy industry, wind power, aerospace, marine, and large bearing rings – for large flanges, flywheels, gear blanks, and valve bodies.
