Description

The machine is a high-performance vertical machining center built on resin sand casting structure, ensuring excellent rigidity, vibration damping, and long-term stability. All linear axes are guided by imported linear guideways, delivering high positioning accuracy and smooth movement, with stainless steel telescopic covers effectively protecting the guideways from contamination. The machine features a belt-driven spindle as standard, with optional direct-driven spindle speeds of 10,000, 12,000, or 15,000 rpm to suit various machining demands. The pneumatic cylinder and ATC (automatic tool changer) are sourced from Taiwan, with carousel or disc-type magazines available. Key transmission components, including leadscrew bearings and couplings, are imported for durability and precision. The headstock can be equipped with either a heavy counterweight or nitrogen balancing system. Full enclosure ensures safe operation, while rigid tapping, spindle center air blast, work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, and MPG enhance usability. Centralized automatic lubrication, cooling system, and heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet are standard, along with leveling blocks, toolbox, and tools. The CNC controller can be selected from KND, GSK, HNC, SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, etc.
