Description

The machine is controlled by a Siemens CNC system. The X-axis and Z-axis are both driven by AC servo motors.
The main transmission is driven by a set of horizontal spindle servo motors. The main motor and main transmission box are driven by a horizontal axis mechanism to achieve the required speed during turning. An encoder is equipped in the middle of the spindle to achieve constant linear speed cutting. The machine is equipped with fully enclosed protection around the machine to ensure safe operation and efficient production.The machine is designed and manufactured using high-grade cast iron and box-type structure. The X and Z-axis guide rails adopt wear-resistant guide rail pairs and hard rail structures. The surface of the guide rails is quenched and ground to improve the wear resistance of the ram and beam surfaces. The guide rail has long service life and high accuracy retention.
The vertical tool holder can move horizontally on the beam and the ram can move vertically. The motor and ball screw are directly connected through a flexible coupling to cut any complex rotational surface, and can control continuous trajectories.
