Description

The machine is a rigid and high-precision vertical machining center built with resin sand castings for superior structural stability and vibration damping. All linear guides on X, Y, and Z axes are imported, ensuring smooth and accurate movement, while stainless steel telescopic covers fully protect the rails from chips and coolant. The machine comes standard with a belt-driven spindle, with optional direct-driven spindles available at 10,000, 12,000, or 15,000 rpm for higher-speed applications. Pneumatic components and the ATC (automatic tool changer) are sourced from Taiwan, with both carousel and disc types offered. Imported bearings and coupling are used for the leadscrews to enhance transmission precision. The headstock balancing system can be configured with either a heavy counterweight or nitrogen balancing. Full enclosure, rigid tapping, spindle center air blast, work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, and an MPG handwheel are all standard. Centralized automatic lubrication, cooling system, heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet, leveling blocks, and tool kit are also included. The CNC controller supports domestic brands like KND, GSK, and HNC, as well as international options such as SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, and FAGOR.
