The machine is a high-precision horizontal machining center engineered for heavy-duty and complex part processing. Its bed and main structural components are produced via resin sand casting, ensuring excellent rigidity, vibration damping, and long-term dimensional stability. All linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes are imported high-grade rails, and are fully protected by stainless steel telescopic covers to guarantee smooth motion and extended service life in harsh production environments.
The spindle is standardly driven by a belt-type system, with optional ZF or BF reducers for enhanced torque output. Spindle cooling and through-spindle coolant (CTS) are available as options to meet diverse material cutting requirements. The machine is equipped with a Taiwan-made pneumatic cylinder and a reliable ATC system—disc or chain type—providing fast and stable tool changes. All leadscrews are fitted with imported precision bearings and couplings, ensuring high positioning and repeatability accuracy.
The B-axis NC rotary worktable enables simultaneous four-axis machining, significantly improving complex contouring capability. The headstock balancing system offers either nitrogen or hydraulic balance options, ensuring stable vertical movement and prolonged component life. Standard features include a work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, manual pulse generator, centralized automatic lubrication, coolant system, heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet, leveling blocks, and a complete tool kit.
The CNC controller can be selected from domestic brands like KND, GSK, and HNC, or international systems such as SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, and FAGOR, providing flexible solutions for different user preferences and application requirements.
