Description

After years of improvement and running-in, this pipe threading lathe is already a high-performance lathe with mature structure and stable performance.
The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle.
Adopts premium cast-iron with hardened and ground guideway, 755mm width bed improves enough rigidity and large loading capacity (6000kg),to meet heavy duty cutting for customers.
The machine tool is equipped with front and rear electric 4-jaw chuck (100omm), motorized clamping workpieces, simple and easy. Standard rear support also can auxiliary support for long pipes or rods.
Super large spindle bore effectively solves large diameter bars requiring through holes.
Using famous-brand screw (cross and longitudinal) and rack, make sure movement smooth and stable, and improve threading machining accuracy.
Equipped with rapid feed motor for X/Z-axis quickly positioning, reduce operating intensity and machining assistance time, improve machining efficiency.
Carriage feed and rapid feed of X/Z-axis by single handle on the carriage drives polished rod and high rigidity rack.
Quill diameter 160mm tallstock suitable for heavy cutting, and tallstock rapid moving by gear and rack on the front of bed, customer can choose electric moving tallstock for reducing labor intensity. Manual tail-stock quill is moved by hand wheel, and two feeding rate of the tail-stock quill(1:1;20:1).

Equipped with taper turning attachment, can automatic feed turning cone surface and threads.
