Description

The machine is a heavy-duty vertical machining center engineered for high-precision, high-rigidity machining of large and complex workpieces. Built on resin sand castings, the machine structure ensures excellent vibration damping and long-term stability. All linear axes (X, Y, Z) are equipped with imported linear guideways, delivering smooth motion and high positioning accuracy. To protect the guideways from contaminants, stainless steel telescopic covers are adopted on all axes.
The spindle is standard with belt drive, while a direct-driven spindle (optional up to 15,000 rpm) is available for high-speed applications. The automatic tool changer (ATC) comes from Taiwan, with carousel or disc type options. Pneumatic cylinders and ATC units are Taiwan-produced for reliable performance. Imported bearings and couplings are used for the leadscrews to ensure transmission precision. The headstock balancing system offers either heavy counterweight casting or a nitrogen balance system as an option.
Full enclosure ensures operator safety and clean working environment. The machine supports rigid tapping, spindle center air blast, work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, and a manual pulse generator (MPG) for easy operation. Centralized automatic lubrication and cooling systems are standard, along with a heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet. Leveling blocks, bolts, and a toolbox are included. The CNC controller can be selected from KND, GSK, HNC (China), or SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, etc.

Applications

The machine is ideal for heavy-duty milling, drilling, tapping, and boring of large molds, automotive parts, aerospace components, mechanical frames, and general precision engineering parts. It excels in processing cast iron, steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.
