Description

The machine is a high-performance horizontal machining center designed for precision and efficiency. It adopts resin sand casting for excellent structural rigidity and stability. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with imported linear guideways, ensuring high positioning accuracy and smooth movement. All axes are protected by stainless steel telescopic covers to prevent chip and coolant ingress. The machine comes standard with a belt-driven spindle, with optional gear-driven solutions via ZF or BF reducers for enhanced torque. The pneumatic cylinder and ATC system are Taiwan-made, with disc-type or chain-type magazines available as options. Imported bearings for ballscrews and imported couplings further ensure transmission accuracy and long service life. The headstock balancing system offers nitrogen or hydraulic balance options. The machine includes a NC rotary worktable (B axis), work lamp, pilot lamp, USB/LAN interfaces, and a manual pulse generator for convenient operation. Centralized automatic lubrication, cooling system, and heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet are standard. Leveling blocks, bolts, and a toolbox are included. The CNC controller can be selected from KND, GSK, HNC (China), or SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, etc. Optional features include circular coolant nozzle, coolant through spindle, spindle oil cooler, electrical cabinet air conditioner, automatic tool and workpiece measurement systems, and spiral or chain chip conveyors.

Applications
