Description

In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of automobile molds made by gantry milling machine, Bridge gantry CNC machine tool adopts an elevated bridge beam structure with a fixed table in design, which changes the shortcomings of ordinary gantry milling machines that cannot carry large workpieces, the worktable is cast in one piece, which ensures the rigidity of the machine tool, and the internal stress is eliminated by secondary tempering after the rough machining of the casting, which ensures the stability of the machine bed in the process of machining large molds .

Loading large workpieces:
