Description

Oil country lathe is mainly developed for the turning of oil field pipe thread, it is not only suitable for all kinds of pipe thread turning, but also can be used for ordinary CNC lathe, suitable for processing complex shape of the shaft, sets, disk parts, such as turning inside and outside cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular surface, end face, chamfer. Especially for multi-species, small batch of turning processing, process adaptability, high processing efficiency, low scrap rate, good product consistency, easy programming, simple operation, reducing the technical requirements of workers, it is the ideal medium mechanical processing equipment.
Pipe threading lathe adopt high quality cast iron (HT300) one molding casting, bed width (755mm), loading capacity 6000kg. After the second aging treatment, it has the feature of stable performance, good rigidity, anti-vibration ability.
Spindle bore diameter is 360/390mm for choice, spindle is two-point supported by precision heavy load bearing, rotating stability and smoothly.
Spindle driven by 22kw large torque frequency main motor, torque of spindle is big, heavy-powerful cutting.
Spindle speed change is semi-automatic, manual 3 gear shift(QK-390) and manual 2 gear shift(QK-360), stepless speed within segment controlled by the S code, achieving stepless speed and constant linear cutting.
Complete with front manual 4-jaw chuck and rear manual 4-jaw chuck comes standard, according to users’ need different types of manual, pneumatic and hydraulic chuck can be chosen.
Standard complete with 4-station turret, it is free lifting and index quickly and easily; the vertical 6-station and horizontal 6/8-station and other electric turret can be chosen.
The X-direction and Z-direction use the precision grinding grade ball screw, ensured a high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy and accuracy of retention.
Automatic forced circulation lubrication make the transmission system is flexible and effectively cool.
CNC system uses the internationally renowned FANUC, SIEMENS or China GSK AC servo control system.
The lathe machine adopts semi-closed protection, equipped with emergency stop safety button, when the lathe machine suddenly encountered unexpected power failure or self-failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, it can be self-protection, to ensure that the lathe machine and personnel safety.
Before delivery all lathe machines should be tested by British RENISHAW laser detector for dynamic accuracy detection and compensation, so the lathe machine has a high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
